PROJECT 350
Project 350
Every weigh-in, checkpoint and journal entry from the challenge that built KGXT — live, not a screenshot.
In November 2023, LOUDONE and Mrs.4 challenged The General to lose weight to help raise money for the new radio station. He agreed, and then did the part almost nobody does — he put every number on the internet. KGXT is on the air, so the answer is that it worked.
Everything below is live. The weigh-ins, the checkpoints and the journal all come straight from the record — the same numbers that used to live on the old Fat Guy Page, now kept in one place and brought forward automatically.
A GenXTalks Project
Project 350
High mileage. A few broken parts. Still not totaled.
$0.00 received against $0.00 pledged.
toward keeping GenXTalks on the air — pledged against days logged and wrenches earned, never against pounds.
What the truck can do now
- Hours on your feet in the garage
- Fit behind the wheel again
- Walked the route without stopping
- Reached the bathroom sink faucet
The record stands
144.5 lb between the recorded peak and the recorded best. That happened. It stays on the board whatever the scale says this month.

Every reading since the weigh-in
The first official weigh-in was 430 lbs on 26–27 November 2023, on air. Peak was 475, about two years before that. The line goes down and it goes back up, because that is what actually happened.
Why it is on the internet at all
Because the bet was that it would pay for something. Every milestone was tied to the radio station getting built, and KGXT is on the air.
The weigh-ins happen on the shows. The running commentary — every entry, in his own words — is in the Repair Log.
