Not sure what happened? Been eating so much better. All my meds in order. But weight went up? I’m thinking I wasn’t walking enough. I have had fast food ONCE and two cokes within the past 2 weeks. Im not suffering without them but I had better expectations. Frustrating. I have to leave for Reno for our property stuff so that always forces me to walk a lot. And I will stick to the food blocks and then take readings again after. GXmom is getting with Dr.McDreamys spine therapist.
