4 days in Reno was lots of walking and eating less. I know, weird I eat less away from home but it’s true. I eat half the meal placed in front of me. Weighed myself out the door, 408. Weighed back in 404. LOTS of walking. It’s hard for me to walk here, there is no need to. Reno I walked for food. Walked for the bathroom, or for my truck, etc…. Still need to be close to 300 by April1,2025. Right now just need to get under 400 again. Marys not helping. She rewards me with candy bars.
