So I head to Reno to work on the property stuff. I eat less. I walked more and I gained weight. (WTF?) Now on top of that,, a  I hurt my knee at the BBQ (somehow). Tripp thinks I twisted it at the fire pit a little, maybe so. Then I know I hurt it badly in Dayton in the soft dirt. Then, last night, I twisted my knee so bad I didn’t think I was going to be able to get downstairs. So… a hurt knee means no walking. No walking means no weight loss. The good news is some of you MDs in Discord listened and figured I might need a brace. So purely by coincidence, GXMom bought a brace and it arrived this morning after last night’s super knee fragmentation event. CBD rubbed into the knee Pain Pill Knee brace and I’m seeing signs I might be able to heal up and walk son.
