January 30th weight

Weighed in late last time, I waited right before the Las Vegas event. My weigh in today is the same. I’m sorta happy about that because all the food I ate and all the walking I did cancelled out. I figured i’d have gained 4 pounds in Vegas but it came out even. My problem, as of late, isn’t the medications or the diet, it’s walking. Still sore and the rain doesn’t help. Going to start and push hard through February and see how many laps i can do each day. Maybe a lap total? LOL February Add a description
