Yesterday’s food intake was low; low to normal amounts. After weighing, I didn’t feel much like eating. So upset with myself didn’t feel like doing much of anything. It’s 430 in the morning Tuesday, and I don’t much feel like doing anything today, but I have two in-person interviews in Reno and anin person event (dinner) with fans and people in town. But I don’t feel much like going anywhere. Pretty unhappy with myself.
